Did you all know that this past Saturday was Stars Wars Day?!?
May the 4th be with you ;)
So my family had the missionaries over for dinner last night! They were super nice and fun to talk to! I mean, I remember having the missionaries over for dinner a lot before I left for college (especially when my brother-in-law was investigating. I saw them like twice a week!), but other than those missionaries, I never really talked to the missionaries much…
Gah, I just love missionaries to death now though! For some reason whenever I see a missionary, my eyes get wide and I say to myself, "THEY KNOW ADAM!"
I did that A TON when I was working at the MTC and saw missionaries at the Provo temple!
Sometimes I catch myself and think:
BUT IT'S A POSSIBILITY!
Hahaha. Anyway, missionaries are the best! And Elder Gibby is definitely my favorite one!! ;)

Alrighty, well... This is my blog, so I know I'm entitled to say whatever I want. Aaaand I should be able to post about all my thoughts. Or something like that. But just FYI, the rest of this post contains moping... So proceed with caution.
This past week was definitely one of those rough weeks. I've been having scary dreams recently about rapists at the Y and whatnot. Not happy stuff at all! Hahah. My dreams are actually pretty stupid when I think back on them, but when I wake up they're super freaky!
Anyway, I haven't really been wanting to do anything much recently. Saturday night I stayed home, holed up in my room, looking through past text conversations, stalking his Facebook (heck, I already do that A LOT hahaha), staring at pictures of him, and watched sappy stuff on Netflix. Unfortunately, though, whenever I see couples being all couple-y (in movies and in real life) I find myself reacting like this:
Jealous much? I think yes.
It doesn't help that I didn't get an e-mail from Elder Gibby yet today. That was pretty disappointing, but I'm sure there's a legitimate reason... Like transfers or something. Bah, I don't have as much to distract me here as I did back at BYU, so I honestly can't wait to go to Mexico and be busy all day and all night! It's not that I want to forget him, that's not it at all. I think about him all the time, whether I'm busy or not, but when I'm busy it doesn't let me dwell on it so much that I get sad. I hate being sad... So this way I can just focus on the fact that he's doing a fantastic job out there!
To end things on a happy note, here's something cute for you! (And I know Elder Gibby would love it because it has 2 of his favorite animals!):
833 Days Left :)
